The newly appointed sous chef at Hare and Grace is differently one to look out for in the future. Buddha as he is known already has touch, grace and passion and working under the likes of Raymond Capaldi and Adam liston he will learn the skills to become a top flight chef.

The event was to help raise funds for the newly formed Mud Club. Chaired by Penny’s Hill owner Tony Parkinson, The Mud Club is a no-for-profit association formed to ensure long term financial support for the ubud and Adelaide writers’ week.
